Cookbook Challenges

In February of 2012, I issued myself a "Cookbook Challenge."  The idea was to put my cookbook collection to use by cooking a specific dish from a book at least on a weekly basis, trying to stay as true to the recipe as possible.  This page serves as place to house the links to all of my various challenges and the resulting dishes.

Note: most of these posts will not specifically document the recipes I prepared so as not to violate any copyrights.  However, should any of these recipes be available online, I will link to them as I am able.
